Marco, respecto a Facebook, hace muchos años que eliminé mi cuenta, pero creo que la opción por defecto al registrarte era que otorgabas derechos de tus fotos y videos a Facebook y que solo lo podías cambiar en la configuración del perfil, cosa que poca gente hace
