The Realtime Displace Plugin provides displacement on both UV Surfaces and Polygonal Meshes in Realtime. It is implemented as a Compiled Operator. The advantage of this over Mental Ray displacement is realtime feedback, and the ability to model on top of an already displaced surface . Additionally, there is an RGB displacement option, which allows one to displace vertices/points depending on the RGB value of an Image, and a facility for attaching custom vectors. Any XSI imageclip sequence can be added, and the plugin takes full advantage of the ImageFX, time control, crop tool as well as XSI FX-Tree nodes.
