"Hi Pedro, thanks for your response and sorry for the late reply.
The basic requirements are to update the plugin to support 'XXXX' core features, fix bugs as they arise and be available for users in email and on our forum; you won't be fully alone in this of course, we work together as a team to help each other out. I doubt English not being your native language will be a problem
We suggest to work 5-10 hours a week at around 10 GBP per hour to start off with, in a trial period - if things go well we will of course want to keep you on board. We are a very small company (3 permanent employees), entirely self-funded by sales, so we cannot offer wages comparable to larger companies. To a large degree our pay is self-determined, depending on our success/sales, so there is definitely room for growth and pay rises; I hope this will be acceptable.
We have some ideas for initial work to be done, if everything's okay so far we can discuss this further.
Also, we are very interested to have someone working on our SketchUp exporter - please let me know if you would be interested in doing this. We have an existing codebase so you would not be starting from scratch, and of course we'll be available to answer any technical questions you might have about 'XXXX'.
Thanks again and best regards,"
