Spider allows individual or groups of frames to be rendered by networked machines. A priority-based system is used to queue frames and manage the distribution of multiple jobs across the network. Jobs can be submitted and monitored from any user workstation on the network.
Spider also has custom rendering support for Lightwave as well as general job submission which will distribute any NT or Linux command.
We also have now released the RedHat Linux Spider render daemon with this version.
